Job summary

A progressive restaurant chain in Selangor seeks an Admin Assistant to handle various administrative tasks including data management, communication, and compliance. Candidates should possess good communication skills and a proactive attitude, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcomed. The role reports to the Head of Central Kitchen.

Job description

Uncle Don's is a progressive chain of restaurants & bar specializing in the development of affordable quality dining experiences with additional diversified businesses associated with the food & beverage and hospitality industry.

You will ensure efficient Admin operations. Your expertise will contribute to a vibrant and productive workplace

Job Responsibilities:

Inputting and updating data in databases, spreadsheets, and other systems accurately and efficiently.

Managing incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and phone calls, and redirecting them to the appropriate departments or individuals.

Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, equipment, and pantry items.

To submit documents for stamping and filing using government website.

Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by the Management from time to time.

Processing of invoices, receipts and payments for daily operations

Keying in data into system

Organize a filing system

Ensure that all operational activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Possess good attitude, willing to learn, good communication skills & able to work as a team.

Able to work under stress, strong analytical and problem-solving skill.

Proactive and have learning agility as well as care about the quality of output.

Passion to deal with people internally and externally.

Enjoy working in fast-paced environment independently with minimal supervision.

Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.

Candidates who possess own transportation.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work in Non Halal central kitchen as Admin Assistant.

Report to Head of Central Kitchen.

Working Hours:

Monday until Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
