KCSB is a leading floor covering importer in Malaysia. We have a vacancy for Administrative position, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. Your primary focus will be on managing administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating & supporting office events, and providing general support to staff members.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain office files, records, documents and inventory.
  • Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and Whatsapp.
  • Handle customer inquiry in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in tracking orders and resolving delivery issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
  • Support the team in achieving company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Posess good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
