We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at EASTOX EQUIPMENT & SERVICE SDN BHD. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our operations in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full‑time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you’ll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems
  • Supporting the team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in sales, warehouse management, or human resources/administration in a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel and AutoCount
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all work tasks
  • Able to communicate in write in English and Chinese.
