We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team at Zone Victory Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for :

Providing administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing necessary documents

Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and responding or forwarding them as appropriate

Assisting with the coordination of office activities, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

Performing data entry and helping to maintain accurate records and filing systems

Undertaking any other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business

What we’re looking for
  • Spoken and Written : Chinese (main), Malay and English
  • Basic computer skills : Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and email
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks and changing priorities
