Job summary

A leading job platform in Malaysia is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide clerical assistance, maintaining filing systems, and managing guest support online. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience, be a team player with strong communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office. Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, invoicing, inventory
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Handle E‑invoice and bookkeeping tasks
  • Provide online support to guests by resolving booking issues, clarifying check‑in instructions, processing cancellations, and addressing any concerns that arise during their stay.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently.
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
  • Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Malaysia averagely. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
