Admin Assistant

Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the call centre operations which includes the following:

  1. Conduct data entry including checking, amending, updating all information ensuring data accuracy in all kinds of report.
  2. Preparation / updating of monthly bordereau for clients.
  3. Answering phone calls
  4. Greeting visitors at reception
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.
