We are seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at BINDU FLORIKULTUR SDN BHD. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office in Batu Pahat, Johor. What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team and other staff members
  • Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
  • Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and answering incoming phone calls
  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned to support the overall functioning of the office
