Hicomi Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven and organised Halal executive cum Admin assistant to join our team based in Sungai Siput, Perak. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions and ensuring compliance with Halal requirements within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive administrative support, including filing, document management, data entry, and general office duties

Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Halal certification processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Liaising with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders to facilitate the Halal certification process

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to Halal compliance

Supporting the organisation's Halal-related initiatives and projects

Performing any other administrative or Halal-related tasks as required

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or Halal-related role

Certified Halal Executive with proper certification from JAKIM

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with administrative software

Knowledge of Halal certification requirements and processes

Ability to work independently and proactively to meet deadlines

A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
