In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you’ll be doing
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including filing and documentation.
  • Performing basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and payment recording.
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordination of office functions and events.
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and attending to basic enquiries.
  • Monitoring outstanding payments, following up with customers and updating management.
  • Maintaining office suppliers and basic office upkeep.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting support role.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word; experience with SQL accounting software is an advantage.
