Job Description / Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
  • Issue official receipts upon receiving customer payments
  • Prepare and send monthly Customer Statements
  • Follow up with customers on overdue payments based on credit terms
Accounts Payable
  • Perform accurate data entry for purchase invoices into the accounting system
  • Check and reconcile supplier monthly statements to ensure both sides tally
  • Prepare Payment Vouchers for suppliers, utilities, hire purchase, Sunday expenses, and other miscellaneous payments
Claims & Reimbursements
  • Verify staff claims and supporting documents
  • Prepare reimbursement payments accurately and on time
Documentation & Filing
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents
  • Ensure all documents are complete and ready for audit purposes
Administrative Support
  • Assist the Accounts & Admin team with general tasks
  • Support monthly closing activities when required
  • Any other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (training will be provided)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
