Job Description / Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Issue official receipts upon receiving customer payments
- Prepare and send monthly Customer Statements
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments based on credit terms
Accounts Payable
- Perform accurate data entry for purchase invoices into the accounting system
- Check and reconcile supplier monthly statements to ensure both sides tally
- Prepare Payment Vouchers for suppliers, utilities, hire purchase, Sunday expenses, and other miscellaneous payments
Claims & Reimbursements
- Verify staff claims and supporting documents
- Prepare reimbursement payments accurately and on time
Documentation & Filing
- Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents
- Ensure all documents are complete and ready for audit purposes
Administrative Support
- Assist the Accounts & Admin team with general tasks
- Support monthly closing activities when required
- Any other duties assigned by the management
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training will be provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & basic computer skills
- Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
