Job summary

A consultancy firm is seeking a full-time Accounts Staff to assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks. This home-based role requires visits to client offices in Singapore one or two days a week. Candidates must be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and have experience with accounting practices. Familiarity with Xero is preferred. Transportation allowance for client visits is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to local finance regulations.
  • Communicate effectively in English (reading & speaking) for business operations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
  • This role is working from home (remote) but need to visit to client office (in Singapore) 1 or 2 days in a week (day trip). Transportation allowance of SGD150 per day will be provided for such client visit.
Requirements

  • Familiar with Xero accounting system will be added advantages.
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
