Job description

Accounts Receivable Executive (supporting ANZ region) - 6 months maternity cover

Responsible for providing quality accounts receivable shared service support to the Accounts Receivable Lead (direct reporting line), and accurate and timely processing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Customer collection according to company policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer payment discrepancies.
• Customer account reconciliation.
• Support credit terms and credit limits review.
• Analytical accounts receivable reporting to support cashflow preparation, aging analysis, customer payment performance analysis, and credit terms analysis.
• Generate standalone invoices and credit notes e.g. rebates and claims.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Process improvement to streamline AR processes.
• Accept and complete other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Accounts Receivable Lead and Finance Manager, ANZ.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an accounts receivable officer with preferable knowledge of JD Edwards or similar accounting software.

Able to work on a monthly rotational Australian working hours (i.e. 9am – 5pm Australia Time) and during non‑public holidays observed in ANZ but not in Malaysia, on a rotational basis among team members.

Able to fulfill a نوش contract between 23 February - 22 August 2026.
