Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality Accounts Payable support for our growth and enhance Toll's customer experience. It also plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction, fostering customer retention, and contributing to overall business success.

Responsibilities
  • Process vendor payment in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Keeping accurate records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation.
  • Prepare and initiate payments via various methods.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Identifying and following up on overdue invoices with discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Liaise with internal and external customer/stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
  • Assisting on ad hoc jobs requested by your superior.
Skills and Requirements
  • Previous experience in accounts payable is an added advantage, but we are open for recent graduates with relevant Finance or Accounting background to apply.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills is essential for verifying vendor invoice and payment, accuracy and identifying discrepancies.
  • Strong communication skills in English are preferable to effectively communicate with international counterparts.
  • Needed for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS office.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
