The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a significant emphasis on problem-solving. Experience with SAP and proficiency in Excel are highly valued. Job description

Responsibilities

• Submitting vendor invoices received to Shared Services team for processing
• Processing payment to vendors
• Sending remittance advices to vendors
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payment are made promptly on time
• Sending WHT certificates to vendors, when necessary
• Preparing and reviewing vendor’s reconciliation
• Prepare and analyse GRIR reconciliation for review and clearing off open items
• Perform inter-company billing, if required
• Adhoc tasks assigned

Skills and Knowledge

• Must have strong organizational and time management skills
• SAP experience will be an added advantage
• Intermediate Excel and Word
• Team player with the ability to also work independently with little supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills – proven experience in understanding and solving problems
• Professional phone manner is essential
• Chinese speaking will be an added advantage
