In line with our business expansion, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our Financial Team.
Managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Receivable (AR):
Review purchase invoice account entries for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure completeness of document compilation for payment vouchers, AP debit notes, AP credit notes, AP returns, official receipts, AR debit notes, AR credit notes, AR returns, and claims.
Ensure accurate financial documentation and timely payments.
Assets Management:
Provide depreciation and assets listing.
Ensure completeness and existence of asset records.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy.
Ensure timely and effective management and financial reporting.
Tax Compliance:
Handle tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Collaborate with external auditors and tax agents during annual audits and tax submissions.
Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
Identify trends and provide insights to top management.
Payroll Management:
Prepare monthly payroll payments and submissions.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with LHDN rules and regulations for disclosure of tax for new and resigned staff.
Maintain accurate and complete employee data with valid documentation.
Human Resource Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Coordinate audits as necessary.
Government Grants/Incentives, Awards, and Certification:
Liaise with government agencies, private associations, or organizations on initiatives, awards, certifications, incentives/grants, and specific projects.
External Party Liaison:
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, lawyers, bankers, local authorities, and other consultants.
Ad-hoc Tasks:
Assist in financial due diligence, special projects, and other tasks as assigned by management or directors.
Bachelor’s degree or master’s in accounting, Finance, or related studies.
Partial completion or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience in accounting and human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong commitment to ethical standards and integrity in financial and HR management.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Experience in audit and HR management is highly preferable.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
