We are hiring Accounts Executive who will assist to manage Accounts in accordance with the Company’s policies, and relevant standards and laws.

Responsibilities
  • Handling invoice processing and accounts receivable tasks, including issuing customer invoices, related documents, and promptly updating daily collections into the accounting system.
  • Records keeping, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions, ensuring proper documentation for annual statutory audit and tax purposes.
  • Managing month‑end closing activities: monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable to customers’ statement of account, aging maintenance, monthly bank reconciliation, and related parties’ reconciliation in accordance with reporting timelines.
  • liaising and following up with all relevant parties on AR related issues.
  • Performing any ad‑hoc jobs as and when assigned by Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in Accounting or related fields.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Able to work in a proactive and reliable manner, both independently and as a team.
  • Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
  • Possesses own transport and is willing to work on alternate Saturday half day.
