Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an Accounts Executive based in Klang. The ideal candidate will handle the full set of accounts, ensuring compliance with practices and requirements, and have experience in accounting. Applicants should possess a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience handling full set of accounting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Ability to liaise with auditors and statutory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of full sets of accounts.
• Ensure all transactions are properly supported and recorded.
• Monitor cash/bank transactions and prepare monthly cash flow.
