A leading accounting firm in Malaysia is looking for an accounting professional to perform daily entries and ensure accuracy of financial records. This role involves payment tracking, bank reconciliations, and preparing cash flow forecasts. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or be a fresh graduate. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Handle payment tracking and bank reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and maintain monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Maintain proper filing system.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist on ad-hoc accounting and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and accounting standards.
