A company in the automotive sector in Penang is looking for an Accounts Clerk responsible for managing Account Payable and Receivable matters. The role includes ensuring proper filing of records, maintaining daily accounts operations, and assisting in supervision of related accounts. To responsible for Account Payable & Accounts Receivable matters
To ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained
Manage daily accounts operation, issuing invoices, credit card entries, journal and ledger entries to accounting system, maintains complete and accurate general ledger
Assist in supervision of all related accounts
Perform ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Jobs Requirements: -
Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting system)
Has a pleasant personality, self-motivated and able to do multitasking independently under challenging environment
Proactive with high sense of responsibilities
