Job summary

We're seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Malaysia office. Key Responsibilities
  • As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Your duties will include:
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate accounting documents and records, such as bank deposits, general ledger postings, and financial statements.
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Performing regular account reconciliations to ensure financial data is accurate and up to date.
  • Entering key financial transaction data into internal systems/databases.
  • Researching, tracking, and resolving discrepancies in accounting documents or records.
  • Assisting in both recurring and ad-hoc finance-related projects as assigned.
  • Maintaining an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and organizational precision.
  • Demonstrating initiative and a passion for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as directed by your superior.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance support role preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
