Overview

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious individual who is eager to grow and join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Handle account data entry (GL, AR & AP) ensuring accuracy and timely recording.
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly management accounts for submission to audit.
  • Analyze costing and ensure all costs are identified and recorded accurately.
  • Control and manage end-to-end financial processes in support of the accounts, including collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and verify all statutory documents (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
  • Assist in HR matters when needed and provide administrative assistance to management.
  • Present relevant documents and reports in meetings as requested by management from time to time.
  • Exercise discretion on company information and safeguard the company’s interests at all times.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or any other duties assigned by your superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Punctual with a can-do attitude and able to search for innovative solutions.
  • Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.
  • Good interpersonal skills, results-driven, and a team player.
