Job summary

A leading firm in the region is seeking a candidate for a role focused on sales order processing and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should possess at least SPM with 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support. Proficiency in SQL Accounting software is essential. Additional language skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese are advantageous. This role is based in Puchong, Selangor, with working hours from Monday to Friday.

  • Execute and manage sales orders processing accurately and promptly.
  • Be involved with the entire supply chain process, from preparing purchase order to sales order.
  • Manage shipping arrangements to minimize shipping errors and costs.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage sales orders processing (domestic, international orders, etc) accurately and promptly.
  • Be involved with the entire supply chain process, from preparing purchase order to sales order, delivery order, invoice, and other trade-related documents.
  • Manage shipping arrangement to minimize shipping error and costs.
  • Highlight and escalation when the planned delivery/shipment schedule is out of expected range.
  • Verify documentation and coordinate with forwarding agent for custom clearance.
  • Processing of sales and purchase orders from various customers in a timely manner.
  • Efficiently process orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Process goods exchange, returned, write‑off and issue credit notes wherever applicable.
  • Assist in daily admin function.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accounting or administrative support field.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting software.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work independently.
  • Good working ethic, willing to learn, positive attitude and initiative.
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage).
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor.
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
