Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
  • Assist in preparing management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and data entry.
  • Ensure transactions comply with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support audits, tax filings, and month‑end closing.
  • Work under supervision and build technical accounting knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Commerce/Accounting & Finance.
  • 1–2 years’ accounting experience.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards/software.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to handle client communications and documentation from overseas.
Senior Accounts Associate

Role: Take charge of preparing and reviewing financial records, supervising juniors, and managing assigned client/company accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review financial statements, reconciliations and reports.
  • Manage full sets of accounts for clients/companies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and tax authorities.
  • Guide and supervise junior staff in daily accounting tasks.
  • Assist managers in special assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance.
  • 3–5 years’ accounting experience.
  • Solid technical accounting knowledge.
  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills, and ability to supervise juniors.
  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin to handle client communications and documentation from overseas.
