Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a professional certificate/diploma/degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in accounting field and transportation organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and process petty cash claims by verifying supporting documents/receipt and ensure on time reimbursement from Finance Department.
  • Key in expense figures into the accounting Excel report and follow up with employee for any missing or unclear information.
  • Independently manage accounting and management reports, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Prepare, handle, and maintain daily petty cash operations, such as performing payments to drivers, transport voucher preparing, follow up with drivers to reconcile the petty cash claim, Singapore auto pass top-up and etc.
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibilities, team player with mature personality and able to work independently and multi-task environment.
  • Must be proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Added advantage if able to speak well in Tamil.
