Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. The role includes assisting with accounts receivable and payable, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing general administrative support. You will also have the opportunity to learn and be trained in handling a full set of accounts, offering strong career growth within the accounting field.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Perform hands-on accounting tasks such as data entry, journal entries and ledgers etc.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist with monthly closing activities, including bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
  • Check and prepare staff monthly expenses claim.
  • Assist in liaising with company secretary, auditors, tax consultant, bankers and local authorities when required.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on billing and payment matters.
  • In charge of staff’s leave management.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in an account or finance role.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and SQL accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
