Job description

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Perform all other duties, activities and responsibility that may be assigned by the superior whenever necessary from time-to-time.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related qualification.
• Over 10 years of financial and management experience.
• Experience in multinational companies, must do hands-on daily work with team members, and dedication toward result-oriented.
• Experience in CPA firms would be an added advantage
• Language: Mandarin, English, Malay. And Mandarin would be an added advantage.
