Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role offers valuable exposure to group-level financial reporting and consolidation across a diverse corporate structure. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the extraction, compilation, and analysis of financial data, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and other performance metrics for group reporting.
  • Work closely with the team to prepare consolidated accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as contribute to the preparation of the annual report.
  • Monitor and coordinate intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Assist in preparing management reports and financial presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support corporate tax matters and ensure timely compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage accounts closing for dormant companies, including the preparation of related reports and statutory documentation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and other relevant authorities.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and financial projects as required by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) are highly regarded.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or financial reporting; group accounting experience is an advantage.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with our Chinese counterpart.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial formulas.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities, with strong attention to detail.
  • A positive work attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
