Job description

Sanji Daily Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team in our Alam Damai, Kuala Lumpur office. In this full‑time position, you will be responsible for providing essential accounting support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our finance department.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting clerk or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
