Job summary

A local electronics company in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle daily accounting functions such as data entry, general ledger updates, and reconciliations. Candidates must have a Professional certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting and experience with accounting systems, preferably AutoCount. The role requires accuracy in transaction recording and the ability to manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting systems, preferably AutoCount.
• Must possess a Professional certificate in Bookkeeping and Accounting.
• Ability to perform bank reconciliation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including data entry.
• Update general ledger and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Ensure accuracy in recorded transactions.
