Job summary

A leading financial services company in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced financial accountant. Responsibilities include managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and collaborating across departments to address financial inquiries. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of financial accounting work experience, familiarity with Malaysian national tax laws preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart analysis, etc.) with good data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily expense reimbursement and ensuring that vouchers are entered accurately.
  • Review original documents (invoices, contracts, etc.) to ensure financial data is true and complete.
  • Regularly check current accounts and follow up on abnormal payment processing.
  • Summarize and analyze report data.
  • Communicate with business departments regarding financial processes.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of financial accounting work experience, familiarity with Malaysian national tax laws is preferred.
  • Proficient in Excel (functions, pivot tables, chart analysis, etc.) with good data analysis skills, and able to independently complete the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily expense reimbursement, income, cost and other accounting ensuring that vouchers are entered accurately and in compliance with regulations; review original documents (invoices, contracts, etc.) to ensure that financial data is true and complete;
  • Regularly check current accounts (accounts receivable/payable, other receivables, etc.) and follow up on abnormal payment processing.
  • Summarize and analyze report data.
  • Other collaborations: communicate with business departments to answer questions related to financial processes and systems.
  • Complete other financial support tasks assigned by superiors (such as contract financial terms review, fixed assets, inventory counting, etc.).
