Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure high quality of services delivered to clients.
  • Ensure day to day smooth operations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, management accounts, payroll reports.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure consistency of deliveries.
  • Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities i.e. ACRA, IRAS.
  • Establish good client relationships through positive interactions with the client’s team.
  • Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACCA or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
  • Exposure in outsourcing firm/Big 4 Audit firm will be added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills with particular focus on Excel skills Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) accounting software.
  • Self-driven, meticulous and organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
