Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using bookkeeping software.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and accruals.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and payment follow-up.
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to address accounting-related inquiries and provide support.
  • Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities through problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Maintain organized and well-documented financial records for audit purposes.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
