We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Account Manager with experience in the PHC industry to join our dynamic team. This role combines managing and growing existing customer accounts with a strong focus on acquiring new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding the company’s market share.

Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering long‑term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs and proactively offer solutions.
Actively identify, prospect, and pursue new customer opportunities within the target market.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base, driving growth and establishing a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Identify opportunities for incremental growth within existing accounts by promoting relevant products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue through upselling and cross‑selling initiatives.
Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve challenges efficiently.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities that impact customer needs or expectations.
Collect feedback from clients and prospects to refine product offerings and service approaches, ensuring alignment with market demand.
Track and report on account performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, account growth, and new customer acquisition progress.
Prepare regular updates for internal stakeholders on account status, sales pipelines, and emerging opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Cosmetic Science or related field.
• Proven experience in account management and business development within the Personal & Home Care, with at least 2 years in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong ability to acquire new customers, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Consultative selling approach with experience in both upselling to existing clients and developing new accounts.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess client needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Commitment to customer success and satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• A commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations and building long‑term loyalty.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and address customer challenges effectively.
• Works effectively within a team, collaborating across departments to meet customer needs.
• High attention to detail in managing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
