Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Check staff expense claims and update claim templates.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Track outstanding debtor payments.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all accounting matters.
  • Coordinate between departments for administrative issues.
  • Issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions.
  • Monitor purchase order delivery dates.
  • Verify suppliers’ documents including invoices.
  • Update procurement-related documentation.
  • Perform other assigned duties.

  • Track and follow up on outstanding debtor payments
  • Ensure smooth operation of all accounting matters
  • Coordinate between departments to resolve daily administrative and operational issues
  • Issue purchase orders based on approved purchase requisition forms
  • Liaise, follow up, and monitor purchase order delivery dates to avoid shortages or delays
  • Verify suppliers’ documents including delivery orders, invoices, and quotations
  • Update and maintain all procurement-related documentation
  • Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor
