Job description

Account Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

Responsibilities:

Prepares periodic financial and management reports.

Handle full set of accounts and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.

Monitor daily accounting functions and monthly closing activities.

Ensure proper tax compliance including tax submission, tax estimation and tax payment.

Prepare documentations / schedules for annual audits.

To liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents and other authority bodies.

Review, recommend, execute and monitor process of improvement initiatives within the company.

Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

Possess at least Professional Certificate / Degree in Accounting / ACCA or its equivalent.

Has at least 3 years of working experience in accounting background would be an advantage.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
