Job summary

A leading financial institution seeks to hire an individual to manage an SME portfolio and meet business targets. The candidate will be responsible for cross-selling banking products and services to fulfill customer needs. Applicants should have a university degree or diploma, with a preference for banking and credit knowledge. Fresh graduates or those with 1-2 years experience are encouraged to apply, while those with 2-5 years in relationship management for lending roles will be prioritized.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how.
• Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management for Account Manager.
• Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management for Senior Account Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned SME portfolio to meet personal and business centre targets.
• Cross-sell products & services to meet customer needs and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.

To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.

To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.

To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.

To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to,

• Trade
• Forex
• Cash Management Solutions

Qualifications

• A University Degree / Diploma
• Banking know-how, credit knowledge preferred
• Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how
