Job summary

A recruitment agency is looking for an Account Executive/Finance Executive for a contract position in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Japanese (JLPT) and Korean (TOPIIK) and possess a relevant degree in finance or accounting. Responsibilities include processing invoices and preparing financial reports. This hybrid role allows flexibility with two office days per week and offers a competitive salary range of RM 3,200 - RM 8,000. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Japanese and Korean.
• 1 year contract with the possibility of renewal.
• Experience in investment management or similar fields is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process/coding invoices in the Accounts Payable System.
• Prepare financial reports and documentation as required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• 1 year contract renewal
• Basic Salary Range: RM 3,200 - RM8,000
• Hybrid Position (2 days working in the office)
• Working Hours: 9.30am - 5.30pm
• Office Locations: Sunway / Bangsar (Depends on Project)
• Japanese Language: JLPT
• Korean Language: TOPIIK

• Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst

  Responsible for processing/ coding invoices in the Accounts Payable System on behalf of the client from basic to medium transactions.

• Record To Report Ops Analyst

  Preferably graduate with degree in accounting or finance or professional qualification (ACCA or equivalent).

• Order to Cash Analyst

  Accounting, Finance or any business-related course with quantitative discipline (e.g. Economics, Math, Statistics).

• Proposal Writer

  Detail-oriented and willing to ask clarifying and thoughtful questions to ensure that projects are completed properly, thoroughly, and on schedule.

• Publishing and Creative Services

  Minimum 3 years of experience in the investment management industry, in the areas of publishing or design.

• Fund Administrator

  Commerce/finance graduate with capital market/fund administration experience.

• Client Reporting

  Strong academic credentials in investment banking, client reporting or marketing communications.
