A real estate firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional. Candidates should have a diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, and ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts, conducting accounting duties, preparing reports, and liaising with external parties. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently are also required. The company offers a supportive culture and regular working hours.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Post Graduate or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting,
Experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia—able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SQL, CSS and UBS Accounting Software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
