Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sets of accounts, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
  • Conduct general accounting duties: data entry, document processing, record-keeping.
  • Prepare cash flow reports and oversee collections.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and funding projections.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary.
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Job description

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Post Graduate or equivalent.

At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Finance/Accounting,

Experience in the property development industry is an added advantage.

Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia—able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Computer literate, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with accounting software such as SQL, CSS and UBS Accounting Software.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordination across departments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.

Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
