A facility management company based in Shah Alam, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to handle a full set of accounts, assist in preparing financial reports for Board of Directors meetings, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in accounting software and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Handle a full set of accounts, including daily accounting records, month-end closing, and preparation of financial reports.
Assist the Head of Department with the preparation and presentation of financial reports for Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
Assist the Head of Department in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Coordinate and support treasury operations, ensuring effective cash flow management nd timely bank reconciliations.
Liaise and coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other relevant third parties.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and company.
