Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and timely submission of statutory requirements.
  • Perform cost analysis and assist management in evaluating business performance, margins, and expense trends.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards (e.g., MFRS).
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper filing and archiving of financial documents.
