A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and taxation. Responsibilities include overseeing treasury functions, daily collections, and payments, alongside preparing management reports. Candidates need at least 3 years of related experience and preferably a diploma. Knowledge of Auto-Count Accounting Software is advantageous. Able to handle full set of account (AP, AR, GL, Taxation)
Responsible for the treasury function of the Company including managing the cash flow, fund planning and etc.
Perform daily collection, payments, hire purchase and other credit control related activities.
Verifies the completeness and accuracy of documentations.
Preparation of the management accounts & reports and ensure timely reporting done effectively.
Liaise with Auditor, Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
Provide guidance to and be a mentor for the junior staff.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Knowledge in Auto-Count Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced Diploma in any field.
At lease 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executive specialized in Finance - General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
