Timing/Shifts: 5 Day Week

JOB DESCRIPTION ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Job Scope:

1.Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry.
2.Handle day-to-day operation emails.
3.Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
4.Assist in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations.
5.Support the finance team on payment processing and banking matters.
6.Assist on any ad-hoc assignment, if any.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and/or Professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA and CPA etc).
  • More than 3 years working experiences in Finance/Accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software — Xero experience is preferred
  • Hands‑on approach, able to multi‑task, work independently and under pressure and adapt to fast‑paced environment and dynamic culture.
  • Oversee monthly closing and reporting.
  • Provide management with timely financial insights and recommendations.
  • Team player – able to work across different teams and contribute to a positive environment
  • Well versed in accounting standards i.e. Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards ("MFRS").
