As a key member of our administrative team, you will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting various departments, and maintaining efficient office management. What you'll be doing:
  • Handle several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliation and preparation of schedules.
  • Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliation, AR and AP are posted accurately.
  • Take full responsibility for finance and accounting performance as well as monthly closing, ensuring timely reporting with respect of deadline.
  • Provide financial information and reports on timely basis to internal and external parties, including shareholders, management, and banks.
  • Maintain and provide proper accounting records for development accounts.
  • Liaising with bankers with regards to facilities matters
  • Responsible for cashflow forecast and planning and reports to the superior.
  • Any other ad-hoc dutiesassigned.
What we're looking for
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, partly professional qualification, or Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
  • At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required in this position or more of related working experience.
  • Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of Auto Count is an added advantage.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
