Job summary

A financial services company in Petaling Jaya is seeking an individual proficient in manual accounting to handle royalty billings and monitor debts. The ideal candidate should possess an ACCA certificate or Diploma in Accounting, have at least 1 year's experience, and be familiar with MS Office and computerized accounting. This role also requires timely reporting and meticulous adherence to accounting standards, making a strong attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess ACCA certificate/ Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 1 year's working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be computer literate and familiar with MS Office & Computerized Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare royalty billings and monitor monthly royalty collection.
• Monitor and resolve creditors ledger in outstanding payables.
• Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims.
• Ensure proper filing of all documents related to Company financials.

CDD MUST BE GOOD AT MANUAL ACCOUNTING AS WELL, WITH SOLID ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepareroyalty billings and monitor monthly royalty collection and debts recoveries
• Monitor, control and resolve creditors ledger in any outstanding payables and inherited problems on due outstanding
• Prepare bank reconciliation & petty cash claims
• Ensure proper filling of all documents related to Company financial
• Maintain management reports and ensure they are accurately prepared on timely basis and adhere to accounting standards
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time
• Be a team player
