We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven Account Executive to help us manage our finances and support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the accounting team to manage daily financial operations such as AP/AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations.


• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.


• Monitor inventory costs and vendor payments.


• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits.


• Collaborate with management to improve financial efficiency and transparency.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (F&B experience is a plus!).


• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel.


• Preferably able to speak and write in Mandarin to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.


• Strong analytical and organizational skills.


• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
