Requirement

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy or relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years and above working experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in listed company, property developer or audit firm will be added advantage.
• Broad knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
• Strong analytical skills and fast learner.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office application and accounting software.
• Able to start work immediately will be added advantage.

Responsibility

• Performing full set of accounts and daily accounts operations such as data-entry into the system, updating records and maintaining of accounting records, filling and answering phone calls.
• To handle e-invoicing, accounting data entry and collections including preparing Bank reconciliation.
• To maintain proper filing system and to ensure traceability of documents.
• Responsible for the overall accounting function that includes preparation of financial statement, analysis, cash flows, inventory, cost accounting, taxation and financial reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, analysis and reporting of monthly accounting and Management Report.
• Prepare reconciliation and analysis of balance sheet accounts, financial statements and intercompany transactions and balances.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, local authorities and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong internal controls by periodic reviews, self‑audit, evaluation and recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations (e.g. MFRS, IFRS and local regulations).
• Performs any other duties as entrusted by your superior or HOD and/or any other representative as assigned by the Management from the time to time.
