Job description
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
  • Report to the Senior, assist the Finance Team to complete the monthly reports submission on-time.
  • Reconciling bank accounts and resolving any discrepancies
  • Maintain efficient filing systems for audit and statutory requirement.
  • Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
  • Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining strong working relationships.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Auto Count System
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
