Ready to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional talent sourcing solutions to Australia's leading graduate employers? We're seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join SEEKGrad, the number one university careers website connecting graduate talent with employers across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. You'll manage approximately 100 small to medium enterprise clients, providing superior account management that drives increased business through strategic product usage and revenue contribution.
You will develop strong stakeholder relationships while partnering with Customer Success Managers to understand client pain points and design solutions that drive increased SEEKGrad usage. Through leveraging user analytics, customer feedback data, and performance metrics, you'll inform strategy and roadmap planning while acting as the subject matter expert for our customers. Success means consistently achieving revenue sales targets, maintaining deep product knowledge, and providing valuable feedback that impacts solution development.
