Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced SME Relationship Manager in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves managing an SME portfolio to meet targets and cross-selling banking products. Must have 6-8 years in lending and relationship management, along with strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications

Job description
  • To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
  • To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
  • To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
  • To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  • To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
  • To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to:
  • Trade
  • Forex
  • Cash Management Solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum 6-8years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management
  • Basic understanding of financial accounts
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Banking know-how, credit knowledge preferred
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
