We are looking for an Account Executive who is organized, reliable, and efficient in managing client accounts and supporting the accounts function. Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with audit support, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
  • Oversee invoicing, billing, and ensuring timely payments from clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.
  • Support the finance team in the preparation of reports and other financial tasks as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to other departments as required.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc assignments as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

Education: Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
